New TRNG release

Recently, I released a new version of TRNG (Tina’s Random Number Generator Library). Version 4.8 contains a minor bug-fix and improved jump-methods for leapfrog-splitting. If you need a modern C++ random number generator library, check out TRNG 4.8.
